Digital products

We issue refunds for self-paced and DIY digital courses within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

We do not issue refunds for live events or retreats within 30 days before the event. If you request a refund more than 30 days before from the event, we will happily refund you minus any deposit you may have paid.

We do not issue refunds for digital subscriptions, but you can cancel them any month at least 3 days before your next charge is scheduled to come out and you won’t be charged again.

We do not issue refunds for eBooks, PDFs, or digital files.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, depending on the payment processor and the original payment method.
If have not received your refund after a reasonable amount of time, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us, and we will send you more details.
